Gold Fender bass: Successfully complete Solo Tour mode on bass on the Medium or higher difficulty setting.

Transparent Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster HSS: Have a PR firm and a set of body guards at the end of Band World Tour to get an invitation for the Moscow Hall of Fame concert. Successfully complete the eight set song list for that concert on the guitar.

Transparent Fender Bass: Have a PR firm and a set of body guards at the end of Band World Tour to get an invitation for the Moscow Hall of Fame concert. Successfully complete the eight set song list for that concert on the bass.

Guitar solos Hammer Ons and Pull Offs are a great way to nail solos. If you see a note with a smaller note coming up after it, that indicates you can Hammer On.
